AGDisplays strives to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers. AGDisplays has established, documented, implemented, and maintains a quality management system; we strive to continually improve upon its effectiveness. The AGDisplays management team is committed to the development and implementation of this quality management system. Our commitment is demonstrated by ensuring quality objectives are met; conducting management reviews; and ensuring the availability of resources. Achievement of this policy involves each and every employee, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. The policy is displayed throughout the organization and explained to each employee by his or her supervisor or management representative.

AssetGenie, Inc is ISO 14001, 45001, and R2 certified. AGI as a group participates in practices to conform with ISO 45001 for the health and safety of its employees. AGI is committed to elimination of hazardous work conditions and the reduction of occupational health and safety risks. AssetGenies' Environmental, Health and Safety program is a thorough management strategy that will support a safe environment through a process of recognizing and controlling health and safety hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize potential future liabilities. With the implementation of EHS programs, AssetGenie will be consistent with responsible fiscal practices and environmental stewardship, as well as comply with all local, state and federal regulations.

AGI will comply with the letter and spirit of environmental laws and regulations and will work continuously to improve the effectiveness of our environmental management. With ISO 14001:2004, AGI is able to assure customers and partners that we hold ourselves accountable to legal, regulatory and environmental responsibilities. Our customers are assured they are working with a company that have an interest in reducing our environmental performance. We are an organization that employs forward thinking that lives up to corporate social responsibility.

AGI employees benefit by looking up to a company that has the environment in mind. In turn employees are motivated to continue environmental awareness themselves. Further, our commitment actively reduces environmental risks to both employees and the local environment. AssetGenie practices responsible recycling in accordance with ISO R2:2013, implementing a Reuse, Recover, Recycle management strategy.

CERTIFICATED PART 145 FAA REPAIR STATION

CERTIFICATED PART 145 FAA REPAIR STATION

The Federal Aviation Administration has found AGDisplays in compliance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 14 Part 145 for Repair Stations. AGDisplays employs a Part 145 Limited Airframe, Limited Accessories rating.

We perform maintenance and repairs to in-flight LCD panels in our facility in accordance with contract requirements. We employ Part 65 certified repairmen trained to inspect, repair, and approve airworthy LCD panels within the Repair Station's rating.

With our Air Agency certificate, AGDisplays ensures that programs, quality systems and methods of compliance are stringently reviewed, evaluated, and documented when it comes to the maintenance of FAA-approved articles. Companies looking for in-flight panel repairs can now contact AGDisplays to discuss capabilities.

As a certificated Part 145 Repair Station, we implement top-notch quality assurance procedures to evaluate efficiency. Currently we are able to provide repolarizations under our certificate and we are working hard to expand our capabilities to allow us the ability to provide in-flight entertainment LCDs.
